Peter has extensive knowledge of various construction methods and his personal approach to people and consultants is excellent. He was involved in communications with architects and developers and co-ordination of various consultants including structural and civil engineers, landscape architect, access, acoustic, heritage and BASIX consultants. He also kept the site and documentation very organised and it was my pleasure to visit his construction site at any time.
Peter Smith from Niche Building Solutions has just completed a $4.8 million project of ours at a heritage site in Wongawilli, a southern suburb of Wollongong. The project included a new 75 place childcare centre and repurposing former dairy and hay shed buildings into a community café, general store and garden at a locally listed heritage site .
