SOUTHERN REGION WINNER FOR RESTORATION OF AN HISTORIC BUILDING UNDER $600,000
Niche Building Solutions refurbished the Dairy, Feed Shed and Concrete Holding Yard into a Café with Amenities. The concrete holding yard had minimal disturbance for the creation of the decking and pergola area and the steel fencing and gates surrounding the yard were patched repaired and retained. The external fabric of both the amenities block (former Feed Shed) and the Café and general store (former Dairy Shed) remain untouched with infill walls constructed allow the enclosing of the building and provision of service pipes for the commercial kitchen and toilet block.

Master Builders Excellence in Construction
We were very honoured on the weekend to receive the Master Builders Association of NSW Excellance in Construction Award for the Wongawilli Childcare Centre. This award would not have been possible without our amazing team Jack, Brendan, Ryan, Jarvis and Dan and our equally amazing subcontractors. A big thank you to Geoff Borst from Borst & co and all the team at Sheargold for giving us the opportunity to be involved in such an exciting project.

Southern Region Winner for 5 or more dwellings
We were very excited to win the Best 5 or More Dwellings Category for our Emerson Road Development. Each unit was successfully designed to maximise the available space and withstand crosswinds and weather elements. Beautiful and practical open plan living incorporates practical touches such as clever storage and high-quality appliances. All units feature over-sized alfresco areas to take in the stunning views of the valleys and lake, and bricks and Newport cladding make for an aesthetic and sustainable exterior.

We were very excited to win the Best 4 or More Dwellings Category for The Gallery at Figtree.
The judges commented “This entry impressed the judges with the geometric design of overhangs, counter lever and taper footprint shapes, even to the solid letterbox design. Excellent finishes were apparent thru out the dwellings with neat shadow line margins to the general areas and laminated floor to offset the style.”
