Director and Licensee, Peter Smith, established the business in 1987, having identified a gap in the market for a construction company that would not only deliver exceptional custom homes, but also guide clients who were not familiar with building through the entire process with care and assurance. He strongly believed that confusion and stress shouldn’t be associated with building your dream home – so he set out to assemble a like-minded team with the expertise required to help clients navigate each step. This led to the formation of his own business, known today as Niche Building Solutions.
Almost immediately, Niche Building Solutions was embraced whole-heartedly by the South Coast community and the wider building industry, and Peter continues to build beautiful homes for the people of this very special part of the world.
