We have recently commenced a new medium density project at Koonawarra.
This project comprises 7 individual lots and once again is on a steep slope. Niche Building Solutions are performing the civil works on site as well as the construction of the townhouses.
Excavation is well underway with drainage and electrical connections being installed. It is a very challenging site with steep slopes and minimal site room.
We are eager to see the buildings coming out of the ground. Watch this space!
